✏Recipe:
- 100 ml of water
- 80 g of butter or margarine
- 100 g of sugar
- 100 g of cooking chocolate
- 120 g of chopped peanuts (peanuts in the shell, you need 200 g of peanuts in the shell to get 120 g of pure peanuts)
- 300 g of ground biscuits
Frosting:
- 130 g of milk chocolate
- 70 g of cooking chocolate
- 3 large spoons of oil
Decoration:
- ground peanuts and the rest of the chocolate
Preparation:
First, prepare the peanuts (preferably the day before, it’s honestly the most boring part for me)
Add peanuts to the container with biscuits and mix.
Put water, margarine/butter, sugar and chocolate in a bowl. Place on the stove and stir until the chocolate and margarine/butter melt. Combine with biscuits and peanuts, mix, then leave in the refrigerator to cool down.
Make balls from the mixture, don’t be alarmed that the ball cannot be immediately rolled between the palms, first squeeze the mixture in your hands, so that it binds nicely, and then shape it into a ball. Once you have shaped the balls, roll them in melted chocolate and line them up on parchment paper. If you decorate with peanuts, do it immediately until the chocolate hardens, and if you decorate with the rest of the chocolate, do it when the chocolate on the balls hardens.
