Plasma cupcakes with coconut

 

Ingredients:

  • 2 eggs
  • 100 g of crystal sugar
  • 175 g of flour
  • 10 g of baking powder
  • 100 g of milk chocolate
  • 80 ml of oil
  • grated lemon peel
  • 50g of coconut
  • 100g Ground Plasma
  • 120 ml of milk

Ingredients for the cream:

  • 150 ml of sweet cream
  • 150 g of milk chocolate

Decoration:

  • Ground Plasma
  • Coconut
  • Strawberries

 

Preparation:

1. Step

Beat the foamy eggs and sugar.

2. Step

Reduce the speed of the mixer and add the milk and oil.

3. Step

Combine flour, baking powder, ground plasma, coconut and lemon zest.

4. Step

Add the dry ingredients to the egg mass and mix with a mixer.

5. Step

Chop the milk chocolate, add it to the mixture and mix with a spatula.

6. Step

Prepare a muffin tin and line it with paper baskets.

7. Step

Pour the mass into the baskets and Ground Plasma. Bake at 180 ºC for 20 minutes.

8. Step

Melt the milk chocolate.

9. Step

Whip the sweet cream and add the melted milk chocolate to it and mix well.

10. Step

Decorate the cupcakes with a piping bag as desired.

11. Step

Sprinkle with coconut and Ground Plasma.

12. Step

Cut the strawberries in half and put half on each cupcake.

13. Step

Your dessert is ready.
