✏️Recipe:
- 200 g of butter
- 200 g of powdered sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 vanilla sugar
- 1 teaspoon of baking powder
- Lemon zest if desired
- 100 g of ground walnuts
- 500 gr of flour
- Powdered sugar for sprinkling
- Apricot marmalade for filling or any other as desired.
Preparation:
Beat butter with sugar and vanilla sugar, then add eggs and mix well again.
Add walnuts, then flour mixed with baking powder.
From the mixture, make balls the size of a smaller walnut, then arrange them in a baking sheet on parchment paper.
When you have made all the balls, use a wooden spoon to make an indentation on each ball.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 10 minutes.
Cool the cookies, then sprinkle them with powdered sugar.
Put the marmalade in a freezer bag, if it is thick, put it in warm water with the bag.
Cut off the top of the bag and fill the cookies.
