Recipe:
- 200 g of ground poppy seeds
- 200 g of sugar
- 3 spoons of semolina
- 500 ml of milk
- 1 vanilla sugar
- 150 g of butter (I used half butter, half margarine)
- 300 gr of ground plasma
Ganaz:
- 100 g of white chocolate
- 50 ml of sweet cream
Preparation:
Put poppy seeds, sugar, semolina, milk in a bowl. Mix and bring to a boil. When you see that the mixture becomes thick, add butter, stir until the butter melts. Then add the plasma and mix well.
Transfer the mixture into a 20 cm mold.
Heat the sweet cream until almost boiling and pour it over the chocolate. Stir until the chocolate melts.
Pour over the base and leave to cool.
Decorate as desired and enjoy the delicious dessert.
