✏Recipe:
- 210 gr of butter or margarine
- 100 gr of powdered sugar
- 1 egg
- 120 gr of ground walnuts
- 300 gr of flour
✏Preparation:
Combine butter (softened at room temperature), egg, nuts, flour in a bowl and knead the dough with your hands.
Separate walnut-sized pieces from the dough, which you first shape into balls, then into a small roll, and finally bend into the shape of a finger.
Place the rolls on parchment paper.
Bake them in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 10-15 minutes.
Cool the rolls, then dip the ends of the rolls in melted milk chocolate (melt 100 g of chocolate in steam with half a teaspoon of oil).
If you don’t want to make them with chocolate, you can roll them in powdered sugar.
Store in a box with a lid and enjoy.
